These two 37mm flare launchers look like Cobray M203 IMP or the 37mm M-79 L. These are designed to look like a real M203 40mm grenade launcher used by the military and police to launch gas and other grenades. And they are designed to fit under an AR15. However these 37mm flare launchers are restricted to be used for flares only without special licensing.
